When noticing all (local) actions like sending text messages, creating pin codes, printing… are not working it means the so called Local Action Worker is not running properly.
This can sometimes also be noticed by the icon displayed on top of your Peripass environment:

Actions not running properly can have multiple reasons like:
Server and/or the local action worker not running
Firewall rules changed and thus blocking necessary connections to Peripass or local devices
The Peripass support team will connect to your server and check the following:
Local Action Worker restart
Check if the firewall rules are still correctly in place
Other 3rd party issues
