A red screen means there is something wrong on the local network of the kiosk itself and it cannot reach the Peripass environment.
Since this error is caused by a failing internet connection... the Peripass team can also not reach the kiosk for troubleshooting.
We advice you to
contact your local IT department (or your responsible organisation)
take a photo of the screen showing the full error message
if required, raise the problem to our support team with the above information and contacts

Peripass uses kiosk software to provide a protected layer showing the cloud hosted registration screen to drivers and visitors.
The kiosk itself therefore requires internet access.
If this is not the case the kiosk software will show the red error screen with a message explaining the specific issue.
