Yard time efficiency
Measure how efficiently your yard processes visitors:
Waiting Time: time between driver arrival and dispatch
Processing Time: time between dispatch and departure
Turnaround Time: total time on site (arrival to departure), equal to waiting time + processing time

Need more context behind a specific metric?
Click on any data point in a chart and select “Show visitors” to view the underlying data.
This opens a detailed list of the visitors included in that metric, allowing you to investigate specific cases and identify root causes.
Compare multiple sites
If you manage multiple sites, you can compare their performance by selecting different sites in the filters.
This helps you identify differences in operational efficiency and benchmark performance across your network.
Slot adherence
Monitor how well visitors adhere to their scheduled time slots:
Arrival window adherence (%): distribution of arrivals relative to the configured arrival window. The arrival window is defined in the slot tracking configuration (e.g. from 20 minutes before the slot start until 15 minutes after). See See Slot Tracking
Late arrivals: number of visitors arriving after the configured arrival window
Dispatching performance
Track the effectiveness and punctuality of your dispatch operations:
On-time dispatch rate (%): percentage of dispatches completed within the configured dispatch window. The dispatch window is defined in the slot tracking configuration, relative to the slot start time See Slot Tracking
Automatic Dispatch Rate (%): percentage of dispatches executed automatically
Self-Service Check-in / Check-out
Measure the performance and reliability of automated registration:
Check-in time: time spent completing the check-in process at the kiosk
Check-out time: time spent completing check-out at departure (relevant when self-service document handling is enabled)
Aborted check-ins (%): percentage of check-in processes that were started but not completed
